Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they have been processed for shipment.

Due to the nature of our products, orders containing live bonsai, kokedama, seeds, or other plant materials cannot be cancelled once they have been prepared for shipment or shipped.

Our bonsai, kokedama, seed packs, and other plant products are living or perishable goods that may deteriorate rapidly without proper care or during transport if not handled and prepared appropriately. As such, these products are not eligible for return, cancellation after shipment, or withdrawal rights that may otherwise apply to non-perishable goods.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue so that we can review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
