Collection: Grown Bonsai

Our pre-grown bonsai typically arrive within 10-16 days after leaving the greenhouse. There will also be several days of preparation time before the bonsai leave the greenhouse.

We deliver our bonsai all over the world! We have had 10's of thousands of happy customers across dozens of countries. We work with a specific greenhouse supplier who has an international network of greenhouses and handles all the proper certifications and shipping procedures to deliver your bonsai to you.

Some stress for the bonsai is expected during the shipping process. We do our best to make sure all customers are prepared by mentioning it several times throughout the purchase process as well as follow up emails and guides. With proper care, the bonsai will have no problem adapting to their new home and bouncing back from their journey to you.

Our bonsai originate from here in Japan! Most of our bonsai are distributed throughout our greenhouse suppliers international network of greenhouses to be able to offer both better pricing and better logitistics for customers.

If we are ever able to identify an issue with your order, whether it is a lost shipment, unusual delay outside of our tolerances, or any other unusual activity, we are always working to have issues resolved quickly and in many cases, a replacement order sent out before you may have even noticed!
