Although they are not as iconic internationally as some other Japanese trees such as the Sakura, the Japanese Maple tree holds a very special place in the hearts of people here in Japan. My sakura kokedama arrived into Australia without any problem. So pleasantly surprised. The kokedama was wrapped in a nice moist blanket and the moss ball remained very well moistured. Of course, any realistic plant lover should not expect the plant to look like the photo shown in the catalogue but it’s important to have a target in life.
